反向間隙大,定位精度差,加工零件尺寸穩(wěn)定性不夠:

由于滾珠絲杠副及其支撐系統(tǒng)在長期的使用中難免會產(chǎn)生磨損間隙,這會直接影響數(shù)控機(jī)床的傳動精度及剛性,一般故障的現(xiàn)象是反向間隙大、定位精度不穩(wěn)定等問題。故障的原因可能是滾珠絲杠支撐軸承磨損或軸承預(yù)加負(fù)荷墊圈配的不合適、滾珠絲杠雙螺母副產(chǎn)生間隙、滾珠磨損這三種。
Due to the inevitable wear clearance of the ball screw pair and its support system during long-term use, this will directly affect the transmission accuracy and rigidity of CNC machine tools. Common failures include large reverse clearance, unstable positioning accuracy, and other issues. The cause of the failure may be wear of the ball screw support bearing or improper fitting of the bearing preload washer, clearance of the ball screw double nut pair, and ball wear.
滾珠絲杠副運(yùn)動平穩(wěn)性差或噪音過大。導(dǎo)致這種現(xiàn)象的原因可能是未調(diào)整好伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動參數(shù)、絲桿絲母的潤滑不足或者滾珠絲杠彎曲變形。
The ball screw pair has poor movement stability or excessive noise. The reasons for this phenomenon may be that the servo motor driving parameters have not been adjusted properly, the lubrication of the lead screw nut is insufficient, or the ball screw is bent or deformed.


出現(xiàn)竄動問題一般是由于滾珠絲杠副進(jìn)給傳動的潤滑狀態(tài)欠佳、絲杠支承軸承的壓蓋壓合情況不好、滾珠絲杠副滾珠有破損、絲杠支承軸承可能破裂、軸向預(yù)加載荷過小,使進(jìn)給傳動鏈的傳動間隙過大引起絲杠傳動時(shí)候的軸向竄動。
The occurrence of play problems is generally due to poor lubrication of the feed transmission of the ball screw pair, poor press fit of the gland of the lead screw support bearing, damage to the ball of the ball screw pair, possible fracture of the lead screw support bearing, and too small axial preload, resulting in excessive transmission clearance of the feed transmission chain, causing axial play during the lead screw transmission.
滾珠絲杠副進(jìn)給傳動的潤滑狀態(tài)不良、軸向預(yù)加載負(fù)荷過大、絲杠與導(dǎo)軌不平行、螺母軸線與導(dǎo)軌不平行或絲杠彎曲變形時(shí)都會引起過載報(bào)警。一般會在CRT上顯示伺服電動機(jī)過載、過熱或過流的報(bào)警,或在電柜的進(jìn)給驅(qū)動單元上,用指示燈或數(shù)碼管提示驅(qū)動單元過載、過流信息。
Poor lubrication of the ball screw feed transmission, excessive axial preload, non parallelism between the screw and the guide rail, non parallelism between the nut axis and the guide rail, or bending and deformation of the screw can cause an overload alarm. Generally, an alarm for servo motor overload, overheating, or overcurrent is displayed on the CRT, or an indicator light or digital tube is used on the feed drive unit of the electric cabinet to prompt the drive unit for overload, overcurrent information.
爬行問題通常是發(fā)生在啟動加速段或低速進(jìn)給的時(shí)候,多因進(jìn)給傳動鏈的潤滑狀況不佳、外加負(fù)載過大等因素引起。
Creepage problems usually occur during startup acceleration or low speed feed, and are often caused by factors such as poor lubrication of the feed transmission chain, excessive applied load, and so on.
