滾珠絲杠與普通絲杠有什么區別

滾珠絲杠的傳動效率大約是90~96%,梯形絲杠的傳動效率大約是26~46%。即如果驅動同樣大的負載,采用滾珠絲杠可以使用更小的驅動功率,例如更小功率的電機,既可降低成本,亦可降低能耗。

自鎖性一般與傳動效率成反比,因此,滾珠絲杠幾乎沒有自鎖性,而梯形絲杠具有一定的自鎖性(視乎導程角的大小和工作面粗糙度)。

從以前和目前的情況看,滾珠絲杠因其結構較梯形絲杠復雜,仍然比梯形絲杠高。不過,隨著自動化設備的增多而產量變大,差異越來越小。
